Topic:  What is PACE?


PACE is a health plan that proactively helps older adults with their healthcare so they can remain in the community, connected to family & friends.


They specialize in coordinated care which includes primary and specialty care, transportation, prescriptions, social services and nutritional counseling. PACE is your one-stop shop in meeting your healthcare needs.

Presenters are Vera Brito on November 20 in Warwick and Devosha McCray on November 21 in Pawtucket. Come and learn more about PACE and bring your questions!

As part of OSCIL’s mission to provide outreach, education and opportunities for peer support, OSCIL offers these FREE Lunch and Learn workshops highlighting various solutions that can increase access in your home and community.
